By default Blogger Lets you Choose One Template or Web Design for your blog when you created your blog , if sometime sooner or later you wanna change the look of your blog you can change the Template/Design of your blog .Blogger is Currently Providing with 27 Awesome ! Let's See how to change the Templates  follow these instructions :

first of all goto Dashboard and here you will see "Design" Tab under your blog . Press it ! and then you will See Something Like this . 

Now Press the "Template Design" Button Which will show you Choices Such as :

Adjust Widths 

Layout Style 

Advanced

Simply Click on the Template you like and then press "Apply to Blog" or spend 30 minutes and play with these tools to learn more about them .
